CEERM was founded in 2006, we have been successfully developing and investing in properties across Central and Eastern Europe till 2015. Geographically, our emphasis now lies in the Netherlands.
CEERM’s philosophy revolves around never letting people down, working hard and having fun. This enables us to maintain the reputation we have developed over the past 19 years.
Hein van der Ploeg started his career in real estate in Amsterdam with Jones Lang LaSalle.
In 1997 he moved to Prague and became JLL’s Managing Director for the Czech Republic and later for Poland. After JLL he held senior executive positions at Ahold Central Europe and ING Real Estate Central Europe.
In 2006 Hein established the company CEERM, managing real estate development projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia, Russia and the Netherlands.
Today the main focus of CEERM is residential and leisure development in the Netherlands.

With pleasure we have worked as architects for the development projects of CEERM in Central and East Europe since 2007. Today we are delighted with the result and succes of the Veersekreek and are excited to work on several new projects for CEERM in the Netherlands.
